REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

If individual churches purchase resources and would like to donate them to the Presbytery Resource Library, they may write to the moderator of the Christian Education Committee and request a reimbursement from the committee for up to ½ of the initial cost of the Materials. Reimbursement is contingent on committee approval of the materials, verification of the cost (copy of original receipt or advertisement showing cost of materials) and availability of funds. The committee has $500 available for materials in any given year.
